Your Right to Deletion

At Trattoria by Andreas, we respect your privacy rights. You have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to any legal or operational obligations that require us to retain certain records (for example, tax, accounting, or reservation dispute purposes).

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete or anonymise:

• Reservation history and contact details held directly by us.
• Newsletter subscription and marketing preferences.
• Contact form submissions and direct email correspondence.
• Any other personal information not required to be kept by law.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address and/or phone number associated with your bookings.
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted.

Third-Party Services

Some of your data may be processed by trusted third parties, such as our reservation booking platform, email provider, or analytics services. We will forward deletion requests to these providers where appropriate, but you may also need to contact them directly depending on their policies.

Exceptions

We may retain certain information if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect our legitimate business interests. When we retain data for these reasons, we will limit its use to those specific purposes.
